The provider describes the aircraft landing in water as a lost round. The full stake may therefore be at risk until the route resolves.
Do not count an in-flight Counter Balance as a payout before the landing.
After an interruption
Check the operator’s rules for unfinished rounds and use the official game history.
If needed, contact support with the round identifier and timestamp.
